Located on the opposite side to that of "Monthelie blanc", where richer soils are found, ideal for red wines. The sloping floor is oriented due east.
Characteristics of the wine :
This Monthelie yields a fruity wine with accents of red fruits such as morello cherry and raspberry. Some years aromas of violets appear. |
