THE VILLAGE
Puligny-Montrachet, is a typical village of the wine-growing Côte de Beaune.
Located on the lower part of slopes at the foot of a 463-metre mountain that shelters it from the Northwest winds.
The houses do not encroach on the vineyards whose value is such that the village cannot expand.
If Meursault is the capital of white Burgundy wines then you may think that, because of its great wines, Puligny is the world capital of dry white wines.
