This small plot is located in continuation of the Meursault 1er cru Les Charmes. By the side of the path to Puligny. It must be noted that this 80-year-old plot provides natural concentration to the grapes. Located at the bottom of slopes, in fairly rich soil, with a limestone subsoil that gives character to the wine.
Characteristics of the wine :
The wine is mineral, dry, elegant, spicy and delicate, with a much more opulent length in the mouth. It is full, racy, pure, rounder: a very good wine for aging. With this 10-year-old Meursault, happiness is in Burgundy. |
